SFO was the coordinator of the residential sector. For that, it has lead 3 working groups on specific thematic:
How will the banking sector roll out the systematization of renovation loans when taking out a mortgage to promote large-scale energy-efficient renovation?
Can employer financing have a leverage effect on energy-efficient renovation, and under what conditions?
How can public housing renovation services and banking offers be coordinated to increase energy-efficient renovations by households?
For over a year, SFO has developed, with the FiRéno+ community to, recommendations and concrete actions to lever the barrier of financing deep renovation of individual homes :
Frame an advance assistance loan (PADA) dedicated to energy-efficient renovation to ensure that the work is planned and carried out without harm against households nor renovation companies
Produce and collect an official, universally recognized, automatic energy performance certificate (EPC) after the work is completed
Conduct an impact study on systematization of an engagement of deep renovation when purchasing an energy-inefficient property
Improve mechanisms to increase the efficiency of employer funds dedicated to the energy renovation of employees' individual homes
