Our Board and Governance

Lead by François Gemenne, Chair of the Board of Directors and former member of GIEC, our Board brings together a diverse range of expertise and perspectives to steer the Sustainable Finance Observatory towards achieving our ambitious goals.

Our 50 members include financial institutions, corporates, public administrations, academia, civil society and international think tanks organised into thirteen multidisciplinary colleges. This structure ensures that all key voices across the financial ecosystem are represented.

This community acts as a catalyst to develop studies, tools and methodologies to generate measurable impact in the real economy. By fostering dialogue and enabling joint initiatives among leading actors in France and internationally, our governance and membership structure amplifies collective impact and provides a unique platform for partners and funders seeking systemic change.
